We normally ship Canada Post ground across North America. Your order, if in stock, will leave our warehouse the day after payment is confirmed. If you require faster delivery, please let us know. Other delivery services are also more expensive. We can offer Fed Ex (the most expensive but quickest way to get a parcel), Priority Post, and other couriers.
We accept pre-payment by cheque, money order, and/or credit card. VISA or MASTERCARD are accepted. When placing your order through our secure internet site, you will be asked to choose how to pay. If you choose to pay other than by credit card, you will be asked to contact customer service for information on placing your order.
Books purchased through our website may be returned if they are damaged. Please let us know the problem by calling us or emailing our customer service desk so we can assess the proper course of action. We usually require that you return the book before we will send out another, but there are always exceptions, so please call first. We will not accept packages COD unless there has been prior approval.

We will not accept returns for cash from website orders.

After submitting a manuscript to us you will receive a postcard indicating that your submission was received.
We cannot give out an authors contact information to the public but we are happy to pass on letters that you send to us.

Many of our titles are available at your local bookstore. If they are not in stock, the bookstore can usually order it for you. Acorn Press books are also available at online retailers, or through our own website.
