Sandra Dodge grew up in New England, where she earned a diploma in art and a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from the University of New Hampshire. She also obtained a master’s degree in mental health counseling from New England College. Before becoming a licensed children’s therapist, Sandra taught for many years. Sandra has written and illustrated several children’s books. Her Acadian, Celtic and Indigenous roots inspire her stories, poetry and artwork.
